The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process data exclusively on the basis of applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian DSG 2018, TKG 2021).

When you use the contact form on this website, the data you provide (name, email address, optional phone number and message) is processed to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Please do not submit confidential health data via this form – for sensitive matters, please contact me directly by phone. Data is not passed on to third parties without your consent and is deleted once your enquiry has been handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
3. Server Logs & Hosting
When you visit this website, certain technical data is automatically recorded in server logs (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of access). This data is used exclusively to ensure technical operation and error analysis and is deleted after a maximum of 7 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security). The website is hosted by a provider with infrastructure in the European Union.

This website uses only one technically necessary cookie that stores whether you have acknowledged this privacy notice. No analytics, marketing or tracking cookies are used. No further consent is required.
5. External Links (Google Maps)
The contact page contains a link to Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd. / Alphabet Inc., USA). This link opens Google Maps in a new tab only when you actively click on it. No map data is automatically embedded in this website. When you open the link, Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
